Be advised that this is NOT a new Reformed Old Arkham Republic board. It is "The SW Malton Crusaders of Urban Dead" and it does not have the same remit of ROAR. ALSO: The Reformed Old Arkham Republic wiki has been changed without any reference to other currently active members. "ROAR operates under the umbrella of the SW Malton Crusaders that includes smaller groups and independents." has been added. There has been no agreement amongst the active members to make this change.

Thank you for the precision Lep. I can assure you that Ugly did his best to join Megaduce and me. I'm sure we can reach an agreement, though. Right, Ugly?

Me? I just wanted to jump start the group and I contacted everyone- including both you and Megaduce. As I see it, the goal was reached and ROAR is back in the neighborhood.
As for the board that I created, well, it was my time.
As for lep? I am ambivalent.

26 February 2016 EDIT: Yes, I assure you my only goal was to set up a smaller board and try to get it up off of the ground so we could use it to talk outside the game (not use AP) and not have to be in the same building or have to use mobiles when only about 30% of Malton has working cell towers. I admit I can be a guided missile at times and go straight forward without creating a consensus, but I am trying my best just to keep our small group engaged and talking. This game requires cooperation and courtesy and my true intent was to create a positive, helpful and constructive board.
I have been a part of some toxic boards, and even modded one with 60K user sub. It was a challenge, but I learned a great deal.
So, really, I am trying to do some good and I am trying to just be a bit of a glorified janitor who can create a space where chars can go for help and camaraderie. Merging some new with some old players in a loose coalition with no real hierarchy. That is true to the ideas of OAR, then ROAR that goes back over a decade. We all lead, there are no generals, just facilitators. Some of our older players, including me, have a lot of institutional memories from the old days like the Tompson Mall Irregulars and Brian Sutherland.
Anyway, no offense was meant though it is understandable why someone might feel bulldozed or insulted. Again, all I can do is apologize and just move forward and try to keep the board up and a clearinghouse for information that might help all of us.
I hope that you Dorothy and Megaduce can, at some point, understand that and become more active, but if not. That's okay, too. You will always be welcome because you are a part of the OA team. I am sure y'all remember more than most about the history of OAR and ROAR. And, we will need your help to get OA restored.
As for lep, I banned him because something I learned was that toxic behavior on a board or sub can destroy the trust between members who don't know the details. And, the number one rule is that adm/moderators never, ever have their disagreements in public. Mods disagree on board policy/rules all of the time but you hash it out until you reach a compromise or win the argument. He never came to me to discuss his concerns but started posting rude items on the board and broadcasting them on the radio in Malton (yes, I deleted them). It was embarrassing and contrary to how players should handle an issue- which is dialogue. Just talking with respect instead of misconstruing the intentions of another person.
Anyway. I am a big boy but it hurt my feelings because I trusted lep and I thought he trusted me. It made me angry, so I felt the right thing was to block his access before it turned off everyone. He quit before I blocked him and I even asked other members if they disagreed. *crickets chirped* I was working so diligently to reach out to the old roster and sent out over a hundred emails to the old contact list. Who wants to join drama? Not I. But, yeah, I still feel badly about what happened.
tl;dr Sorry, for insulting the old board and alienating anyone but I hope we can move forward as a team for as long as the game lasts- especially Mega and Dorothy. We really like it when y'all are around and engaged with us.
