For the past few months there's been a player by the name of JohnnyBill that's been griefing the CAPD.
Not that big of a deal, all things considered. The Crew Ave crew would typically play Whack-A-Mole with his head whenever possible (which happened quite frequently).
Then recently a few new players with disturbingly similar names have appeared;
JohnnyBiII (that's with 3 I's)
JohhnyBiII (that's with 3 I's & 2 H's)
Take a close look at their creation dates;

Okay, he has alts, with similar names, that were created close to one another. By itself, not that big of a deal. And I wouldn't be throwing the Zerg flag if not for this; JohnnyBiII (that's with 3 I's), Pked me, twice.
Annoying, yes, but this kind of behavior is expected from a Zerg.
The thing to watch out for, is that now he's started using SWA group tags in his characters, as of this post, CAPD for JohnnyBill, ROAR for JohnnyBiII.
For now he's just been irritating these two groups, however, should he start mucking about with one of the other groups in the Alliance and doesn't change the tags, I just want it to be known that he is not part of either the Crew Ave Police Department or the Reformed Old Arkham Republic.
If for some reason he messes with your group and you have the chance for some payback, by all means, take it.
For new ROAR members, if you see him, do not heal or revive him. If for whatever reason you can't kill him, please let us know where he is, preferably by private message, so we can deal with him. Be sure to include a UDWitness shot of him.
To use UDWitness, simply follow these instructions. Original credit for this guide goes to the CAPD's Sid James Jr.
"This is my personal preference of the three screenie 'giants' and provides a much sleeker finish than it's rivals. UDWitness can be found here. Exactly the same as iWitness above, right click and save/drag & drop the UDWitness Report link into your bookmarks/favourites and follow the steps above with iWitness. You will now see this pop up window:
This is giving you the option to make your screenie private, or public. I choose private, but again, that's just personal preference. Once you've done so, you will see a page like this. Again, the link at the top is your UDWitness screenie, which will look like this."
