Old Arkham still active?

Was wondering if this group, and the area of old arkham is still active.
I'm considering starting a group in this city, but I'm worried about stepping on this groups or another groups toes

specifically I want to claim the McKay Lane Police Department as my HQ. The latest wiki reports says its unmanned, and seems to not be used by anyone - is this still the case?

We are still active, in a diminished capacity, but we're still active.

The suburb is also still active, for both zombies and survivors. So if you want to start a group down here & use (Rodney) McKay Lane PD as your HQ, you won't be bothering us by just being in the suburb.
